Acid-free SFI certified 10 percent recycled content

The folders meet acid-free and SFI certified compliance standards while containing 10 percent post-consumer material. Extra-heavy 14 pt. stock resists tearing during frequent handling and supports the 1.5 inch expansion capacity without deformation.

Questions about this item

How do I insert these folders into an open-shelf system, and what step do people often miss?

Place each folder on the shelf with the double-ply straight end tab facing outward for labeling; the step often missed is aligning the 12.3" height so the tab clears the shelf above.

What part of the folder will need replacement first with daily use?

The 14 pt. manila stock and double-ply tabs handle repeated handling, but the 1.5" expansion crease can fatigue after frequent overfilling, requiring folder replacement.

What capacity limit appears first when I keep adding documents to a single folder?

The 1.5" expansion depth is the hard limit; exceeding it stresses the double-ply straight tabs and prevents the folder from fitting inside a standard hanging folder.
