Manila job folders, 20 pack

This pack contains twenty letter-size manila jacket folders for organising job-specific paperwork. Each folder is made from 9-pt manila stock and features a straight-cut index tab on the top edge. The front is printed in red and blue with fields for recording the job description and costs. Contents stay secured inside the jacket-style enclosure.

Suits tradespeople and project offices

These folders suit contractors, service technicians and professionals who need a single folder per job to hold receipts and records together. The straight tab works with standard filing systems that use top-tab indexing. Buyers who need colour-coded categories or reinforced gussets for bulky files should look at other options. The manila material is not water-resistant.

Simple drop-in filing

Installation is as simple as labelling the tab and placing the folder in a letter-size drawer or shelf. No fasteners or assembly are required. The main issue is overstuffing the jacket, which can cause the tab to tear or the folder to jam in tight rails. Keeping each job file within a moderate thickness avoids that problem.
