Product Purpose

The TOPS 80254 Spiral Steno Notebook uses Gregg rule with a center line for rapid shorthand capture. Pastel pink 16-lb paper reduces glare during long sessions. Four pads of 80 sheets each supply high-volume users such as court reporters, students and administrative professionals who rely on structured note-taking.

Installation & Common Issues

No assembly is required; the top-bound coil-lock wire binding opens flat for immediate use by right-handed or left-handed writers. Letr-Trim perforation allows clean sheet removal without tearing. The 40 point backboard provides a rigid writing surface so a separate clipboard is unnecessary.

Practical Limits

Gregg ruling is optimised for shorthand systems; users who prefer wide-ruled or college-ruled spacing will find the line density unsuitable. The fixed 80-sheet count per pad cannot be expanded or refilled. Pastel pink tint may not meet organisational colour-coding standards that require white or yellow paper.
