Blue File Folders for Office Filing

Pendaflex top-tab folders in blue are sold in a 100-count box and built from 11 point stock. The straight-cut tabs sit at the top edge for easy labeling in standard filing cabinets. Letter-size dimensions fit typical office documents. The reinforced full tab and folder top add strength for frequent handling.

Reinforced Tabs and Interior Grid

Double-thick material at the tab and top edge resists tearing when folders are pulled and replaced often. An interior grid printed on the stock gives a structured area for handwritten notes or quick reference marks. Bright blue color supports color-coded filing systems without extra labels. No recycled content is used in the stock.

Suits High-Volume Filing Not Specialty Needs

Offices and teams that process large batches of letter-size paperwork daily will benefit from the durable tabs and note-friendly grid. Buyers who need legal-size capacity, expandable pockets, or recycled-material certification should look at other folder types. The straight-cut tab design does not accommodate staggered or angled labeling layouts.

Questions about this item

How often will the 11 pt stock folders need replacing with daily filing?

The 11 pt stock and reinforced top tab are built for frequent handling; replacement depends on your volume but the double-thick tab resists tearing far longer than standard tabs.

What fails first when the box of 100 folders is used continuously in a busy office?

The straight-cut tabs on the 11 pt stock hold up under heavy use; the first sign of wear is usually tab-edge fraying rather than body splitting.

Do the blue folders create any dust or static when handled all day?

The stock finish produces minimal paper dust and no noticeable static, so high-volume sorting stays clean and comfortable.
