Toshiba DKT2504-DECT Cordless Phone

The Toshiba DKT2504-DECT is a cordless telephone designed for integration with CIX business systems. It provides wireless mobility for office staff who need to handle calls away from a fixed desk extension. The handset features a 24-character LCD display and single-button access to core telephony functions.

Suits CIX users needing mobility

This handset suits organisations already running a Toshiba CIX platform that require cordless extensions with secure ADPCM speech encoding. It is not intended for standalone analogue lines, SIP registrations, or DECT GAP systems that lack CIX integration. Buyers needing colour displays, Bluetooth headset pairing, or ruggedised housings should evaluate other device categories.

16-hour talk time and repeater reach

The handset delivers 16 hours of talk time and seven days of standby on a single charge. The base station covers 300 to 400 feet in open areas, and up to six DKT2404-UDR200 repeaters can be linked to extend operational range beyond 1000 feet. Dense building structures will reduce the practical coverage distance.
