Genuine compatible projector lamp

The Toshiba TLP-T521 is a new replacement lamp module that includes a 190W UHM bulb pre-assembled in its housing. It is designed for owners of compatible Toshiba projectors who need a direct-fit replacement without additional assembly.

190W UHM bulb specification

The lamp uses a 190W ultra-high-pressure mercury bulb, and the wattage must match the projector's original requirement for correct ignition and brightness. Using a different wattage will cause startup failure or image quality problems.

Rated life under normal and economy modes

In normal operation the lamp is rated for 2,000 hours, while economy mode extends the rating to 3,000 hours by reducing power draw and brightness. Continuous high-brightness use will reach the shorter figure, so plan replacement cycles around the selected mode.

Questions about this item

How bright will the 190W UHM bulb be once it is running in my Toshiba projector?

The 190W UHM bulb delivers the original light output the projector was designed for, so brightness matches the factory specification without any recalibration.

What connection does the TLP-T521 module use and does it limit lamp life?

The module plugs directly into the projector's proprietary lamp connector; the interface does not restrict the rated 2,000-hour normal or 3,000-hour economy life.

Will the assembled housing fit the TLP-T521 slot without extra brackets?

Yes, the bulb comes pre-mounted in a housing that matches the original TLP-T521 form factor, so it slides into the projector's lamp bay with no additional hardware.
