Tri-band AX10000 router

The TP-Link Archer AX10000 is a WiFi 6 router built for high-density homes and gaming networks. It combines one 2.5 Gbps WAN port with eight Gigabit LAN ports and two USB 3.0 ports for wired throughput and local storage sharing.

Households with many concurrent devices

This router suits households running dozens of simultaneous streams, game consoles and smart-home gear that benefit from two 5 GHz radios and OFDMA scheduling. Buyers who only need basic dual-band coverage or have fewer than ten active clients will not use the extra 5 GHz band or the eight LAN ports.

2.5 Gbps WAN port

The single 2.5 Gbps WAN port is the spec that decides whether this model matches an internet plan above 1 Gbps. If the service enters the premises at 1 Gbps or less, the port capacity goes unused and a router with only Gigabit WAN would deliver the same upstream performance.
