Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Mesh for Large Homes

The Deco BE63 three-pack delivers tri-band Wi-Fi 7 coverage across up to 7600 sq ft. Each unit provides 6 GHz, 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz radios with a combined BE10000 rating. Four internal antennas form a signal-boosting array for broad directionality. The system suits households with many simultaneous devices and high-bandwidth uses such as AR/VR gaming.

Wired Backhaul Limited to 2.5 Gbps Ports

Every unit includes four 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports that auto-sense WAN or LAN roles. Wired backhaul between nodes therefore tops out at 2.5 Gbps, below the wireless PHY rates of 5188 Mbps on 6 GHz and 4324 Mbps on 5 GHz. Multi-Link Operation can aggregate bands, but the physical wired uplink remains the bottleneck for backbone traffic.

Verify 6 GHz Client Support and ISP Hand-Off

Devices must support Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 to use the new 6 GHz band; older Wi-Fi 4, 5 or 6 clients will remain on 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz. The WAN port accepts a standard RJ45 handoff from your modem or ONT. Ensure your internet plan and cabling can utilise the 2.5 Gbps port speed before ordering.
