The TP-Link EAP211-Bridge KIT is a pre-paired set of two wireless access points designed to create a dedicated 5 GHz link between buildings. Each unit integrates dual internal antennas and MU-MIMO technology to deliver up to 867 Mbps throughput over a single radio chain. Three Gigabit Ethernet ports per device allow wired clients or switches to connect at either end of the bridge.

Installers Needing a Simple Long-Range Link

This kit suits network technicians extending connectivity to a detached office, camera system or secondary structure without trenching cable. It is not for buyers who need a traditional access point serving Wi-Fi clients directly, nor for sites requiring redundant multi-path mesh topologies. The fixed 5 GHz band also limits use where DFS radar interference is frequent.

Three Gigabit Ports per Radio Unit

Each access point in the pair provides three RJ-45 ports operating at Gigabit speed, so a single device can uplink a switch, a PoE camera and a backup link simultaneously. The port count determines whether your remote-site wiring fits without adding an extra switch.
