Compact stripping tool for RG59/6/11/7 coaxial and UTP, STP, Cat5 Ethernet cables with adjustable blade depth
The TRENDnet TC-CT70 is a compact stripping tool built for installers and network technicians who prepare coaxial and twisted-pair cables on site. It handles RG59, RG6, RG11 and RG7 coaxial types as well as UTP, STP and Cat5 Ethernet cables. The violet body includes an easy grip handle and a velcro strap for holstering. An integrated stripping guide helps align each cut.
The adjustable blade depth lets the user match the cutting pressure to round or flat 4P, 6P and 8P cables without changing tools. This range covers common coaxial and Ethernet diameters used in residential and light commercial runs. Very large feeder coax or armoured cable falls outside the comfortable working range. The tool is not designed for fibre-optic jackets or high-pair-count backbone cables.
Operation is entirely manual so there is no motor noise or power draw to consider. The compact frame and contoured grip keep hand fatigue low during repetitive stripping tasks. Blade depth is set by a simple knob, allowing quick transitions between cable types. No batteries or external power source are required.
