Splits a 10G 90W PoE++ signal into separate power and data for non-PoE devices up to 100m away with adjustable 12V, 16V, 24V or 48V output and industrial -40 to 75°C operation
The TI-SG704 splits a single 10G 90W PoE++ signal into separate data and DC power sources, letting you network a non-PoE device up to 100m (328 ft.) from the power sourcing equipment. It is IEEE 802.3bt compliant and NDAA/TAA compliant for U.S. and Canada procurement. A DIP switch adjusts the output to 12V, 16V, 24V, or 48V to match the connected device.
This splitter suits technicians who must power cameras, access points, or sensors in harsh environments where AC outlets are absent and temperatures swing from -40 to 75°C (-40 to 167°F). It is not for buyers who need a managed switch, fibre uplinks, or the ability to run more than two endpoints from one PoE++ source.
Configuration is a matter of setting the voltage DIP switch to 12, 16, 24, or 48 volts before connecting the PoE++ input and the target device. The most common issue is mismatching the voltage to the load, which can prevent the device from starting or trigger the splitter’s protection circuit. Pairing with a compliant PoE++ switch or injector ensures full 90W delivery over the full 100m run.

Connect it to any IEEE 802.3bt compliant PoE++ source delivering up to 90 W; TRENDnet PoE++ switches or injectors are recommended for best performance.
Yes, the 10G data port auto-negotiates down to 1 Gbps or 100 Mbps, so legacy Ethernet devices keep working at their rated speed.
Set the DIP switch to 24 V, power the PoE++ link, then measure the DC output terminals with a multimeter; the LED indicators also show active power and data status.
