2.5G PoE++ injector function

The TRENDnet TPE-219GI converts a non-PoE 2.5GBASE-T port into a PoE++ 2.5G port with an integrated power supply. It auto-senses and delivers the correct wattage for PoE (15.4W), PoE+ (30W) or PoE++ (90W) devices. The unit extends a network connection up to 100m (328 ft.) over a single Ethernet cable. It complies with IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt standards.

Ideal for adding PoE++ to existing 2.5G networks

Network managers upgrading wireless access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones, IPTV decoders or access control systems to 2.5G speeds can use this injector without replacing their core switch. Installations limited to slower 1G PoE injectors or switches without 2.5G uplink capability will not achieve the same throughput.
