HDMI to VGA Converter Adapter

This active adapter connects any HDMI-equipped computer to a monitor, projector or TV that accepts a VGA signal. It supports video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 for clear presentation and signage use. The compact moulded design weighs 0.15 units and needs no external power or drivers.

Check Your Source Port and Audio Needs

Verify the sending device provides a standard HDMI Type A output and that the display uses a 15-pin HD-15 VGA input. Audio is carried through the HDMI connection, so confirm the source can route sound over HDMI if you require it. No software installation is required on Windows, macOS, Linux or Chrome OS.

Passive Operation With Minimal Heat

The converter draws all necessary power from the HDMI port itself, so it adds no measurable heat or fan noise to the setup. Typical power draw stays near zero watts during normal 1080 signal conversion. The single-piece black housing has no moving parts and remains cool to the touch.
