12U wall-mount rack for harsh environments

The Tripp Lite SRN3RG12US is a steel wall-mount enclosure that holds 12U of equipment up to 28 in. deep. Its NEMA 3R rating protects gear from rain, sleet and snow. Locking doors and internal fans with a thermal switch add security and active cooling. The cabinet swings away from the wall on a hinge for rear access.

NEMA 3R weather protection

The defining specification is the NEMA 3R enclosure rating, which certifies resistance to falling rain, sleet and external ice formation. This makes the rack suitable for outdoor or wash-down locations where a standard indoor cabinet would fail. The sealed metal housing and locked doors complete the protective barrier.

Suits installers needing outdoor 12U capacity

This unit fits technicians mounting up to 200 lbs of gear in exposed areas such as building exteriors, utility corridors or industrial sites. Buyers who need more than 12U of rack space, deeper than 28 in. equipment bays, or a non-weatherproof indoor rack should look at other models.
