The Tripp Lite SRW9U is a locking steel cabinet that secures nine rack units of 19-inch gear up to 16.5 inches deep. It mounts directly to a wall and supports a maximum load of 200 lbs. The enclosure includes twelve M6 screws, twelve M6 cage nuts, twelve M6 cup washers, twelve 12-24 screws, a removable mounting plate, three mounting-plate screws and two keys. Builders who need deeper equipment bays or floor-standing capacity will need a different solution.

Vented enclosure with flow-through cooling

The cabinet is vented at the sides, front, top and bottom to create flow-through ventilation that keeps installed equipment cool during normal operation. No active fans are included, so airflow relies on passive convection and any fans inside the mounted devices. The unit weighs 35.00 lbs and measures 19.88 by 23.62 by 17.78 inches, leaving enough internal depth for typical network switches and patch panels.

Sustained load within the 200 lb rating

Under continuous full load the welded steel frame maintains structural integrity up to the rated 200.00 lbs without deformation. The locking front door and perforated panels remain secure during prolonged use, and the vent pattern sustains passive airflow without additional hardware. Optional SRCASTER wheels can convert the cabinet for floor rolling if relocation becomes necessary.
