Double-Conversion UPS for Rack Environments

The Tripp Lite SU2000LCD1U is a 1U rackmountable double-conversion UPS rated at 2000 VA and 1600 W. It accepts a NEMA 5-20P input and provides five NEMA 5-20R outlets organised in two switched load banks. The unit is ENERGY STAR certified and includes USB, RS-232 and an expansion card slot for remote management.

Sustained Load Behaviour

At full load of 1600 W the internal VRLA battery delivers approximately three minutes of runtime. Reducing the load to half capacity at 800 W extends the runtime to about ten minutes. Zero transfer time between online and battery modes ensures continuous power without interruption during utility fluctuations or outages.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The double-conversion topology continuously conditions incoming 120 V power, isolating connected equipment from voltage irregularities.
