Double-conversion UPS delivers 1500VA and 1350W with 5.8 minutes runtime at full load and hot-swappable batteries
The Tripp Lite SUINT1500LCD2U is a 1500 VA double-conversion uninterruptible power supply designed for servers and network equipment that require continuous, clean 208 or 230 V output. Its 2U rack/tower form factor fits standard enclosures and freestanding setups alike.
At full 1350 W load the internal VRLA batteries deliver 5.8 minutes of backup; at half load (675 W) runtime extends to 16 minutes. Hot-swappable, user-replaceable cells recharge to 90 % in three hours, so the unit stays in service during battery changes. Eight C13 outlets distribute protected power to connected gear.
The double-conversion topology eliminates transfer time and isolates attached hardware from voltage sags, surges and frequency drift that simpler UPS designs pass through. An optional SNMP card adds remote monitoring, while USB, RS-232 and contact-closure ports enable automated shutdown scripts. Buyers who need longer runtime at full load or higher wattage capacity will require a larger model.
