Finished-bore sprocket with 10 teeth, 1 1/4 in bore and keyway for 80 chain
The Tritan 80BS10H is a finished-bore steel sprocket designed for single-strand 80 chain applications. It features a fixed 1 1/4 inch bore with a 1/4 inch wide by 1/8 inch deep keyway and includes two set screws for secure shaft mounting. The black oxide finish adds corrosion resistance for industrial environments.
This sprocket has a pitch diameter of 3.236 inches and an outside diameter of 3.68 inches, requiring compatible 80 chain and a 1 1/4 inch shaft. The hub diameter measures 2 9/16 inches with a projection of 1.05 inches and a length through bore of 1 5/8 inches, dictating the necessary clearance within the drive assembly. It frees the builder from machining a raw bore or sourcing separate keyway hardware.
It directly replaces worn or damaged 10-tooth, 80 chain sprockets with identical bore and hub specifications. The jump is worth it when the existing component shows tooth wear, bore elongation, or finish degradation affecting chain engagement. It is not suited for drives requiring a different tooth count, chain pitch, bore size, or multi-strand configuration.

The sprocket has 10 teeth and a maximum bore diameter of 1 1/4 in, which is also the finished bore size supplied.
The black-oxide coating is a surface treatment on the steel hub and does not change the thermal characteristics of the sprocket itself.
It requires a 1 1/4 in shaft with a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway, plus two set screws for locking.
