Before ordering check your printer model

Verify that your device is one of the three listed Ricoh Aficio models. Confirm the existing cartridge part numbers match the eight OEM codes above. Ensure the printer accepts standard-yield toner and that you have space for four cartridges. No other hardware or firmware requirements are specified in the product data.

Suits offices needing full colour sets not

Buyers who want a complete CMYK refresh in one box will find this pack convenient. Users who print mostly black text and rarely use colour may prefer a black-only multipack. Shops requiring original Ricoh-branded supplies or cartridges with different yield ratings should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 4-pack and is anything else needed to install it?

The box contains four new toner cartridges — one black (888604/841342), one cyan (888607/841345), one magenta (888606/841344) and one yellow (888605/841343). No separate parts are required for installation.

How do I choose between the black and colour cartridges in this pack?

The pack is fixed: it always includes one black cartridge rated at 23000 pages and one each of cyan, magenta and yellow rated at 17000 pages at 5% coverage. You do not select individual capacities.

What does the 23000-page yield for the black cartridge mean in daily use?

At the standard 5% coverage test, the black cartridge prints about 23000 pages; the three colour cartridges each print about 17000 pages. Real-world yield varies with page content and print settings.
