Purpose and volume

This thermal receipt paper is supplied in a 50-roll carton for point-of-sale systems that use 2-1/4-inch wide media. Retail counters, hospitality venues and mobile vendors can keep a single order on hand for extended daily use.

Thermal performance

The BPA-free coating produces crisp black images without the chemical concerns associated with bisphenol. Each 85-foot roll feeds smoothly through compatible printers, reducing paper jams and maintaining legible output throughout the roll.

Packaging and handling

Rolls are packed 50 to a box so staff can replenish registers quickly during busy periods. The plain white finish suits standard receipt formatting, and the carton dimensions allow convenient storage on shelves or under counters.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 2-1/4" x 85' roll into my thermal printer, and what is the common mistake?

Open the printer cover, place the roll so paper feeds from the bottom, pull a short length past the cutter, then close the cover firmly; the common mistake is inserting the roll upside down, which leaves the thermal coating facing away from the print head and produces blank receipts.

What replacement will each 85-foot roll require after it runs out?

Each roll yields roughly 85 feet of printed receipts; once depleted you simply replace it with another 2-1/4" x 85' thermal roll from the 50-roll carton, no printer parts or ribbons need changing.

At what point does sustained high-volume printing hit a limit with this paper?

The first limit is the 85-foot length of a single roll; during continuous printing you will need to swap rolls every 85 feet, so keep spare rolls from the 50-count box within reach to avoid downtime.
