Plenum-rated Cat6A shielded cable

This Cat6A plenum-rated F/UTP cable runs 1000 ft and uses 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors with an overall aluminum foil shield. It is ETL listed and meets the TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standard for structured wiring. The plenum jacket allows installation in air-handling spaces above suspended ceilings or below raised floors. It supports bandwidth up to 750 MHz for 10-Gigabit Ethernet.

Tangle-free spool and solid copper

The cable ships on an easy-pull reel that prevents tangles during long pulls through conduit or ceiling trays. Solid bare copper conductors deliver stronger signal integrity and better conductivity than copper-clad aluminium alternatives. The foil shield reduces alien crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference in dense cable bundles.

Indoor plenum construction and termination

The black plenum jacket is rated for indoor use in walls, plenum ceilings and underfloor pathways. It connects computers, printers, gaming consoles, routers, switches, VoIP phones, IP cameras and PoE devices. Installers must use connectors and patch panels rated for Cat6A shielded cable to maintain performance. Not suited for direct burial or outdoor exposure.
