It does not serve installers who require stranded conductors for patch-cord flexibility.

100 metre channel at 10 Gigabit

The specification enables 10-Gigabit data transmission over a 4-connector twisted-pair channel up to 100 metres. Sequential length markings on the jacket simplify measuring remaining cable during installation. It meets and exceeds CAT6A TIA-568-C.2 standards.
