Product identity

This is a pack of five rolls of 8.5 by 11 inch thermal printer paper from the TUXIYA brand. Each roll holds 26 sheets for a total of 130 sheets. The paper is intended for users who need US Letter size output on a thermal printer. It is not compatible with laser or inkjet printers.

Critical spec

The decisive specification is the roll format with 8.5 by 11 inch dimensions. Your printer must accept this exact roll width and sheet length. Sheet-fed or differently sized thermal printers will not work with these rolls.

Installation and pitfalls

Loading is straightforward: place a roll into the printer’s roll holder and feed the leading edge. The smooth finish and quick-dry coating reduce the chance of jams. Common issues arise when buyers try to use the paper in laser or inkjet devices, which it does not support, or when rolls are stored in direct sunlight causing premature darkening.
