Desktop VoIP Touchscreen Phone

The Ubiquiti G2 Touch is a desktop smartphone that runs on an octa-core ARM Cortex A53 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. It combines a 127 mm 720 x 1280 HD display with a 5 MP camera and embedded privacy shutter. Dual omnidirectional MEMS microphones and a 2 W speaker handle hands-free calls while a handset provides wideband audio.

Plug-and-Play VoIP Constraints

The device is designed for plug-and-play VoIP deployment with advanced call routing and automations built into its software platform. Operation depends entirely on the hosted or on-premise PBX configuration supplied by the administrator. No analogue line ports or cellular radios are present so a working IP network and SIP account are mandatory for any call function.

Build and Daily Use

The white version measures 166 x 140 x 183 mm and weighs 1.1 kg with a blue status LED and fingerprint-resistant coating on the touchscreen. A fixed desktop stand sets the screen at a permanent angle for seated use. The handset cradle and embedded camera shutter are mechanical parts used daily while the single 2 W speaker limits maximum room-filling volume.
