Product and audience

The UGEE M708 V3 is a 10x6 inch graphics tablet with a paper-like surface and 8192 pressure levels. It targets digital artists, designers and hobbyists who need precise pen input for sketching, photo editing or online teaching. The battery-free stylus removes charging hassles and the tablet works with Windows, Mac, Chrome OS and Linux. It is not for buyers who want an integrated display or a larger active area.

Installation and pitfalls

Connection uses a single USB cable and the driver installs on Windows 10/11, Mac OS X 10.10 or later, Chrome OS 88 or later and Linux. The eight shortcut keys are programmable through the driver panel. Common issues include driver conflicts after OS updates and occasional pressure-curve resets that require re-calibration. The tablet dimensions listed as 358.0 by 210.0 by 8.0 inches appear to be a data error so verify desk space before ordering.

Capacity and headroom

The 10x6 inch active area and 8192 pressure levels comfortably handle detailed illustration, line art and multi-layer photo retouching. Eight customisable keys give quick access to undo, zoom, brush size and eraser functions. Workflows that demand tilt recognition, multi-touch gestures or a screen larger than 10x6 inches will exceed this tablet’s capabilities.

Which model variant should I choose for a 10x6 inch workspace with 8192 pressure levels?

The M708 V3 is the only version offering that exact active area and pressure specification; there are no alternative capacities or sizes in this series.
