USB-C Audio Adapter with 24-bit DAC

The Ugreen 80154 connects USB-C phones, tablets and laptops to 3.5 mm headphones, car radios or Hi-Fi systems. A built-in DAC supports 24-bit/96 kHz playback for higher fidelity than standard 16-bit/48 kHz dongles. The grey nylon-braided cable measures 10 cm and weighs 9 grams.

Suited for wired headphone users on modern USB-C

Buyers who want to keep using existing 3.5 mm earphones with in-line volume and call controls will benefit. Those needing wireless connectivity, longer cables or adapters for devices without USB-C audio support should look elsewhere.

In-line remote adds call and volume control

The integrated controller lets you adjust volume and answer calls without touching the host device. Braided sheathing and aluminium alloy plugs increase durability for daily carry. No extra software or drivers are required.

Questions about this item

Does my phone need a USB-C port that supports audio output for the Ugreen 80154 to work?

Yes, the adapter requires a USB-C port with digital audio support; it will not function on ports that only carry power or data.

Will the adapter work with my existing 3.5 mm headphones that have an in-line microphone and volume buttons?

The Ugreen 80154 passes through the 3.5 mm TRRS connection, so headset microphones and in-line controls for volume and calls are supported.

How can I confirm the adapter is delivering 24-bit/96 kHz audio after I plug it in?

Check the audio settings on your device; it should list the Ugreen 80154 as a 24-bit, 96 kHz output device when playing high-resolution files.
