9V Battery Clip Connector Set

This pack supplies three 15 cm clips with a faux-leather shell and stripped, tinned leads. Each clip uses one red and one black wire for quick polarity identification. The connectors are aimed at hobbyists building or repairing battery-powered toys, drones or other DIY electronics.

Capacity and Headroom

The 15 cm leads give enough reach for typical small-project layouts without excess cable clutter. They handle standard 9 V battery currents for low-power circuits but are not rated for high-drain applications. Builders needing longer runs or higher amperage will need different wiring.

Build Integration

The T-type connector mates directly with common 9 V battery terminals and the tinned ends are ready for soldering to perfboard or PCB pads. No additional tools beyond a soldering iron are required. The compact clip profile leaves room in tight enclosures, freeing space for other components.

Questions about this item

Will the 15 cm leads reach a battery holder on my existing RC chassis?

Each clip has 15 cm stripped and tinned wires, so measure from your battery compartment to the solder points; the length is fixed and cannot be extended without extra wire.

How can I confirm the clips are making good contact after I solder them?

Check that the red and black leads show continuity to the snap terminals with a multimeter and that the battery snaps firmly without wobble when inserted.

What comes in the pack and do I need to buy batteries separately?

The pack contains three 9 V battery clip connectors with 15 cm leads; 9 V batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.
