Unique-Bargains Plastic Servo Arm 24T Black 3mm Hole Single Double Arm Set

SKU CH-46DG-YEYMB

Plastic servo arm set with 24-tooth spline and 3 mm centre hole includes four arm styles for Hitec compatibility

  • Product typeServo Arms
  • 24-tooth spline fits Hitec servos directly
  • Four arm styles in one set cover multiple linkage needs
  • 3 mm head hole matches standard servo output shafts
  • 6 mm arm holes suit common pushrod sizes
  • Black plastic construction keeps weight low for RC models

Product Purpose

This set provides eight plastic servo arms with a 24-tooth spline and a 3mm central hole. The arms are designed to fit Hitec-compatible servos used in RC models, drones and similar hobby projects.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The arms are moulded from plastic with an approximate thickness of 2mm and a 1.6mm secondary hole diameter. Under continuous operation the material may flex or wear faster than metal alternatives, especially at the longer 58mm arm lengths.

Interface Limits

The 24-tooth spline pattern restricts compatibility to servos that share this exact spline count. Mounting-hole spacings are fixed at 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 and 30mm depending on the arm, so the set cannot adapt to other pitch requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the 3 mm head hole and 24-tooth spline transmit heat or noise to the servo during continuous operation?

The plastic arms do not generate heat or noise; they simply transfer mechanical force from the servo output shaft.

What servo spline must I already own for these arms to fit?

A Hitec-compatible 24-tooth spline with a 3 mm output shaft is required.

Will the 1.6 mm arm holes accept the pushrods and control horns from my older Hitec setup?

Yes, the 1.6 mm holes match standard Hitec pushrod sizes used on many legacy models.
