Rear Wiper Arm Nut Cover Cap for Buick and Chevrolet

This pack of two black plastic caps fits the rear wiper arm nut on a wide range of General Motors SUVs and trucks from 2007 to 2019. Each cap measures 42 by 28 by 9.6 millimetres and snaps over the exposed fastener to shield it from corrosion and minor impact. The parts are non-OEM accessories made from durable plastic that resists cracking under normal use.

Installation and Common Issues

Installation is a direct push-on fit that requires no tools or additional hardware. The cap simply presses onto the wiper arm end until it seats against the nut. A frequent issue occurs when the original nut is heavily corroded or the arm tip is deformed, preventing the cap from seating fully. In such cases the cap may pop off at speed or allow water to reach the threads.

Fitment Limits and Interface Constraints

The caps are designed exclusively for the listed Buick, Chevrolet, GMC, Opel, Vauxhall and Dodge models that share the OE 95271190 wiper arm end geometry. They will not fit front wiper arms, earlier model years or vehicles with a different arm profile. The plastic material can become brittle after prolonged exposure to extreme cold or intense UV, so periodic inspection is advised.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the rear wiper arm nut cover cap is seated correctly after installation?

The cap should snap firmly onto the rear wiper arm end with no visible gap; the OE number 95271190 matches the factory part, so a flush fit means it is working as intended.

What comes in the package and is any extra hardware needed?

The box contains two black plastic rear wiper arm cover caps measuring 42x28x9.6 mm; installation is direct with no additional tools or fasteners required.

Which version should I choose for a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

This single black 2-piece set fits the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 as listed, so no other version or capacity selection is necessary.
