Direct Replacement Remote

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original DENON 3999029005, RC-122, and PRA1500 models. It arrives with all original button functions pre-installed so it works immediately after inserting batteries. The unit supports control of one device using infrared wireless technology. It is intended for Denon owners who need a ready-to-use spare or replacement handset.

Build Integration

The remote requires two AAA batteries to operate and communicates solely via infrared line-of-sight. No programming, pairing, or additional hub hardware is needed because every function is already mapped to the corresponding buttons. It frees the user from searching for lost original remotes or dealing with complex multi-device setup procedures. Buyers who need control of multiple components from a single handset should look elsewhere.

Thermals Noise Power

Passive infrared transmission produces no audible noise and generates no perceptible heat during normal use. Power draw is limited to the two AAA cells, which provide long service life between changes. There are no active cooling elements, backlights, or radio transmitters that would increase consumption. The handset remains cool and silent whether stored or in active operation.
