Office Electric Stapler 30-Sheet

The UNIVERSAL OFFICE PRODUCTS RS-9001 is a mains-powered desktop stapler built for offices that process regular batches of documents. It suits administrators, reception teams and small workgroups who want consistent stapling without hand force.

30-Sheet Capacity Full Strip

The unit drives standard 1/4" leg staples through up to 30 sheets per stroke and holds a full strip of 210 staples in its front-loading channel. Throat depth is fixed at .5", so wider documents or thicker stacks beyond the rated limit cannot be stapled.

Metal Plastic Construction Front Load

A combined metal and plastic chassis provides stability on the desk, while the staple channel release button allows quick front loading of Universal 79000 refills. The 6 ft AC cord determines placement relative to a wall outlet.

Questions about this item

Will the RS-9001 handle the same 1/4" standard staples I already buy for my old desktop stapler?

Yes, it uses standard 1/4" leg staples with a 0.5" crown, matching the full-strip refills you already use.

How can I confirm the RS-9001 is stapling correctly right after I plug it in?

Load a full strip of 210 staples, insert up to 30 sheets, and press the trigger; each cycle should drive a clean staple with 0.25" legs.

Does the RS-9001 come with staples or do I need to order Universal 79000 separately?

The box includes the stapler with a 6 ft AC cord; Universal 79000 staple refills are sold separately.
