Replacement remote for ASK Proxima C420 C440 C450

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original ASK Proxima C420, C440 and C450 remote controls. It replicates every button and function of the factory unit. The device arrives pre-programmed so it works immediately after batteries are inserted. It supports control of a single device via infrared.

Installation and common issues

Setup requires only two AAA batteries, which are not included, and no further programming steps. The infrared signal requires a clear line of sight to the projector’s sensor. Users sometimes find the remote unresponsive when batteries are low or when obstacles block the IR path.

Suitable buyers and limitations

This suits owners of an ASK Proxima C420, C440 or C450 who need a like-for-like replacement handset. It is not suitable for buyers who want to control multiple devices from one remote or who require radio-frequency or Bluetooth operation.
