Direct replacement for Sylvania models

This universal remote replaces the original Sylvania LD190SS1 LD320EM2 LD320SSX LD370SSX LD190SS2 controller. It supports a single device and uses infrared wireless technology. Every button from the original remote is replicated for full function parity. It is intended for owners of those specific Sylvania displays who need a new handset.

Ready to use with batteries installed

The remote arrives with the original functions pre-installed so no programming is required. Simply insert two AAA batteries and the handset works immediately. This removes the setup steps that many universal remotes demand. The package includes the remote only; batteries are not supplied.

Infrared control with standard layout

The unit relies on line-of-sight infrared transmission, so the sensor on the display must be visible. Its plastic housing matches the original button layout for familiar daily operation. A 12-month guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship. Buyers who need multi-device control or radio-frequency operation should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How often will the AAA batteries need replacing under daily use?

The remote runs on standard AAA batteries; typical household use yields several months before a change is needed.

What is the practical range limit of the infrared signal in a living-room setup?

Infrared requires line-of-sight and works reliably across a normal living-room distance of a few metres.

Does the handset warm up or draw noticeable power when left on the coffee table all day?

It draws power only while a button is pressed, so it stays cool and uses negligible energy during idle periods.
