Maintenance Kit for Lexmark T630 and T632

This Altru Print maintenance kit restores key consumable parts in Lexmark T630, T632, Dell M5200n, W5300n and IBM Infoprint 1332 and 1352 printers. It contains a remanufactured fuser, transfer roller, charge roller and six pickup rollers so the machine can resume reliable paper handling and print quality. The kit is rated for 110 V operation and includes gloves, a removal tool and instructions.

Straightforward user installation

The fuser, rollers and charge roller are designed for front-access replacement without special tools beyond the supplied removal tool. Gloves and illustrated instructions guide each step, and a prepaid core-return label is included for the used fuser. Installers should verify the printer is cooled and powered off; the main risk is damaging the fuser connector or seating a pickup roller off-centre, which causes misfeeds.

Consistent output over long print runs

The remanufactured fuser maintains stable temperature across extended jobs, preventing the fading or ghosting that appears when a worn fuser overheats. Fresh charge and transfer rollers keep toner adhesion uniform, while the six pickup rollers sustain reliable sheet separation through high-volume trays. The kit is built for continuous duty cycles rather than occasional bursts.
