Humane Mouse Trap 12 Inch

This humane mouse trap measures 12 inches long and captures rodents alive without poison, glue or electricity. The transparent body lets you see when a mouse has entered, and the spring-loaded door closes quickly once the pedal is triggered. A pack of four traps includes protective gloves for safer handling.

Capacity and Headroom

The upgraded version is 50 percent longer than the previous design, giving more room for larger mice and improving capture and survival rates. Five air-gap vents keep the trapped mouse breathing comfortably until release. The trap works well for typical indoor mouse activity but may not suit heavier rats or severe infestations.

Practical Limits of Catch and Release

The mechanism relies on a sensitive pedal that can misfire with very light bait or very cautious mice. After each catch the trap must be emptied, washed with the included brush and reset by hand. It is not designed for continuous multi-catch use without frequent checking.

Questions about this item

Will the 12-inch trap fit alongside the smaller traps I already use?

The 12-inch length is 50 percent longer than the old version, so it takes more shelf space but catches larger mice more reliably.

How do I know the trap has caught a mouse without opening it?

The transparent body lets you see the mouse inside, and the spring door stays closed once the pedal is triggered.

Does the pack include bait or do I buy it separately?

The set includes four traps, protective gloves and a cleaning brush; bait is not supplied.
