Covert 2-Wire Earpiece for Motorola Radios

This acoustic tube headset connects to compatible Motorola two-way radios for discreet communication. A transparent tube and large push-to-talk button keep conversations private while leaving hands free. The lightweight design stays comfortable during extended shifts.

Suited for security and event teams needing hidden

Professionals who want clear transmit and receive audio with strong concealment will benefit. Users requiring Bluetooth connectivity, wireless operation or a different radio connector should look at other options.

2-Wire acoustic tube with large PTT microphone

The twin-wire layout separates the earpiece from a prominent push-to-talk microphone for easy access. Transparent tubing delivers sound directly to the ear while remaining nearly invisible. This configuration decides whether the headset fits your radio and workflow.

Questions about this item

How do I plug the earpiece into my Motorola CP200 radio and which step is often missed?

Insert the connector fully into the radio accessory port until it clicks; the step people miss is not pushing it past the first detent, which leaves audio muted.

Which parts of this acoustic tube headset will need replacement after extended use?

The clear acoustic tube and silicone ear tip should be replaced periodically as they accumulate wax and lose flexibility.

What is the first limitation I will hit during a long shift with the PTT held down?

The cable and strain relief near the PTT housing are the first points to show wear from repeated flexing.
