Desktop charger for Motorola two-way radios

This desktop charging base powers compatible Motorola radios including the CP110, RDU, RDV and RDM series. It accepts both standard slim batteries and thick batteries thanks to a removable locating rail that slides into position.

Check radio model and battery type before ordering

Verify that your radio appears in the supported list such as CP110, RDU4100, RDV5100, RDU2020 or RDM2070D. Confirm the battery pack matches one of the referenced codes like RLN6305, RLN6308 or RLN6351 so the rail can be set correctly.

Replaces Motorola RLN6332A and similar OEM chargers

The unit substitutes for original Motorola chargers RLN6332A, RLN6305 and RLN6308 while adding over-charge protection via an LED indicator. The upgrade is worthwhile when the original dock is lost, damaged or lacks the adjustable rail for mixed battery thicknesses.

Questions about this item

Does the package include a battery or radio, or do I need to supply my own RLN6305, RLN6308 or RLN6351 battery?

The charger ships as the desktop base with its removable locating rail only. You must provide a compatible Motorola battery such as RLN6305, RLN6308 or RLN6351 and the matching CP110, RDU or RDV radio.

My radio uses the thicker RLN6351 battery — will the rail adjust to fit it as well as the slimmer RLN6305 and RLN6308 packs?

Yes. The removable battery locating rail slides to accommodate both standard slim packs like RLN6305 and RLN6308 and the thicker RLN6351 battery used on some CP110, RDU and RDV models.

What does the LED indicator actually tell me while a battery is seated in the cradle?

The LED shows charging status and activates over-charge protection, so it confirms when the battery is charging and when the cycle is complete to keep the pack and radio safe.
