Desktop charging dock powers compatible Motorola two-way radios with 8.4 V DC output
The usbroway WPLN4232 is a desktop battery charging dock built for Motorola two-way radios. It accepts AC input from 110 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 hertz and supplies a regulated 8.4 volts DC at 400 milliamps to the radio battery. The unit supports Ni-MH, Ni-CD and Li-ion chemistries in a single cradle.
This dock fits professionals who already operate Motorola XPR6300, XPR6500, XPR6550, XPR6580, XPR7550e, DP3400, DP3600 or XiR P8200 series radios and need a dedicated desktop charger. It is not for users whose radios fall outside the listed model numbers or who require a multi-bay gang charger for simultaneous charging of several packs.
The charging dock delivers a fixed 8.4 volt DC output at 400 milliamps, which determines whether it matches the battery pack installed in your radio. Verify that your battery specifies this exact voltage and current before purchase; a different voltage or current rating means this dock will not charge the pack correctly.

The dock lists compatibility with XPR3300, XPR6300, XPR6550, XiR P8200, DP3600, XPR6580, XPR6380, XPR6500, XPR7550e, DP3400, DP3401, DP3601, DGP4150, DGP4150+, DGP6150, DGP6150+, MTR2000, MTR3000, XiRP8200, XiRP8208, XiRP8260, XiRP8268, IMPRESS XPR4380, XPR6100, XPR6350, PR6380, XTR8300.
The dock delivers DC 8.4 V at up to 400 mA to the battery contacts, so a compatible Motorola pack charges at that voltage and current limit.
The adapter accepts mains from 110 V to 240 V at 50–60 Hz, drawing no more than 200 mA, and converts it to 10.5 V DC at 1000 mA for the dock.
