Standard-duty cotton canvas tarp
The ZORO SELECT 10P549 tarp is a green cotton canvas cover measuring 12 by 16 feet cut size with a finished size of 11 feet 6 inches by 15 feet 6 inches. It has a 20 mil thickness and a fabric weight of 10 oz per square yard. Double-stitched seams and nickel-plated brass grommets spaced 24 inches apart with a 0.5 inch inside diameter provide tie-down points.
Outdoor covering for equipment and work areas
This tarp suits users who need a breathable, flame-resistant and mildew-resistant cover for stationary equipment, wood piles or ground protection. It is water resistant rather than fully waterproof and is not breathable, so condensation can build underneath. Buyers who need a completely waterproof barrier or a lightweight, high-visibility shelter should look at something else.
12 x 16 ft coverage with standard-duty strength
The finished dimensions of 11 feet 6 inches by 15 feet 6 inches give ample coverage for mid-size loads, pallets or small roof sections. Standard-duty construction handles moderate wind and debris when secured properly through the grommets. Heavy snow loads, sustained high winds or sharp abrasion will exceed the material limits of this weight class.

Questions about this item
What spacing do the grommets on this 12 x 16 ft tarp have so I can match my existing tie-down points?
The nickel-plated brass grommets are spaced 24 in apart along the edges.
Will the finished size of this canvas tarp still cover the same footprint as my old 12 x 16 ft poly tarp?
The finished dimensions are 11 ft 6 in by 15 ft 6 in, so it covers a slightly smaller area.
How can I confirm the tarp is shedding water properly after I set it up?
Spray the surface with a hose; water should bead and run off without soaking through the 10 oz cotton canvas.
