Utility Cart for Heavy Loads

The Value Brand 2-Shelf Wire Cart measures 36 by 24 by 39 inches and supports up to 600 lb across two powder-coated steel shelves. It is built for gardeners, warehouse staff or workshop owners who move bulky supplies on flat surfaces.

Check Floor and Door Clearances

Verify that 36-inch length and 24-inch width fit through your doorways and aisles before ordering. The 39-inch overall height and fixed two-shelf frame cannot be folded, so confirm storage space and ceiling clearance in the intended area.

Braked Casters Keep Loads Stationary

Two 5-inch rubber swivel casters include side-pedal brakes while two rigid casters track straight, letting you lock the cart in place on ramps or uneven pavement. The 4-sided lipped shelves and 25-inch vertical gap contain items during transport without extra straps.

Questions about this item

Does the cart ship fully assembled or do I need to buy extra hardware?

The unit arrives as a complete 2-shelf steel cart with four 5-inch rubber casters — two rigid and two swivel with side-pedal brakes — and two raised handles; no additional parts are required.

Why choose this 36-by-24-inch model instead of a larger or smaller wire cart?

The 36-inch length by 24-inch width shelves give a flat 4-sided lipped surface with 25 inches between tiers and a 39-inch overall height, fitting through standard doorways while holding up to 600 lb.

What does the 600 lb load rating mean when the cart is actually loaded and moving?

The powder-coated steel frame and four 5-inch rubber casters — two rigid, two locking swivel — are rated for a combined 600 lb evenly distributed across both shelves while rolling on level surfaces.
