Designed to feed reliably in compatible staplers. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for cancer and reproductive harm.

Suits High-Volume Packing Operations

Buyers sealing large numbers of cartons with a matching stapler will find the quantity and stick format efficient. Operations needing fewer staples, a different crown width or leg length, or a non-galvanised finish should look at other options.

7/16 Inch Crown with 1/2 Inch Legs

The 7/16 inch crown and 1/2 inch leg dimensions determine whether these staples fit the target carton thickness and the stapler model. Verify both measurements against the stapler specification before ordering.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 1111 sticks of staples into the 4PME2 stapler without jamming?

Open the magazine, insert each stick with the 7/16-inch crown facing forward and the 1/2-inch legs pointing down, then close the latch until it clicks; forcing a misaligned stick bends the galvanized metal and causes misfires.

Which parts of the 4PME2 will need replacement after heavy use?

The driver blade and anvil wear first; replace them when staple legs no longer clinch cleanly, and keep the magazine spring free of galvanized dust buildup.

What stops me from running the 4PME2 continuously through the full 100000 staples?

The magazine holds only 90 staples per stick, so you must reload 1111 times; sustained cycling heats the driver and softens the galvanized finish, leading to leg buckling.
