100 000 Galvanised Carton Staples

These galvanised metal staples come in a bulk pack of one hundred thousand pieces. They are suited to high-volume packaging operations that use stick-fed carton staplers. The silver finish resists corrosion during storage and transit.

Stick format limits feeder compatibility

Each stick holds one hundred and five staples and the pack contains nine hundred and fifty-two sticks. Only staplers designed for this stick format and crown width can use the supply. Machines that accept coil or loose staples will not be compatible.

3/8 inch crown width decides fit

The crown measures three-eighths of an inch, which must match the stapler’s specification exactly. A different crown width will jam or misfire in the tool. Verify the stapler manual before ordering.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 100,000-count box or a smaller pack for occasional use?

The 100,000-staple carton contains 952 sticks of 105 staples each; choose it for high-volume sealing and a smaller pack only if you staple a few boxes per week.

What does the 1/4-inch leg length deliver when the gun fires?

A 1/4-inch leg drives cleanly through single- and double-wall corrugated cartons, giving a tight clinch without penetrating the contents inside.

How does the 3/8-inch crown width affect staple compatibility?

The 3/8-inch crown fits standard carton-stapling tools that accept 3/8-inch crown stick staples; it will not work in narrow-crown or wide-crown models.
