Capacity and Construction

This Zoro Select pallet carousel supports loads up to 2000 lb and measures 36-1/2 inches in top inside diameter. The unit is built from red powder-coated steel for corrosion resistance. It stands 2 inches high with an overall length of 40 inches.

Suitability for Warehouse Tasks

The carousel suits operations that need to rotate palletised goods by hand without a powered turntable. Its sixteen ball bearings provide smooth manual rotation under rated load. Facilities requiring motorised indexing or capacities above 2000 lb should consider alternative equipment.

Rotation Mechanism

Sixteen ball bearings form the sole rotating interface between the base and the top deck. This bearing count determines how freely a loaded pallet turns and how long the unit runs between maintenance intervals. Verify that the bearing arrangement matches your duty-cycle expectations before purchasing.
