Brass Quick-Connect Plug 1/4 (M) x 22mm

This brass quick-connect plug features a 1/4 inch male NPT inlet and a 22mm outlet. It is designed for fluid transfer applications in maintenance environments. The fitting handles a maximum pressure of 3 650 psi and a maximum fluid temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied new and ready for installation.

Upgrade from worn or leaking couplings

Replace damaged or corroded plugs that cause pressure loss or fluid leaks. The brass construction resists corrosion better than plain steel alternatives in water or chemical lines. The jump is worth it when existing fittings fail to seal at high pressure or elevated temperature. This plug restores a secure connection rated for 3 650 psi.

Suits maintenance teams needing high-pressure

Ideal for technicians who require a durable 1/4 inch male NPT to 22mm connection rated for 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Buyers who need a different thread size, a larger bore, or a non-brass material should look at other configurations. This item is restricted from sale in certain states due to Proposition 65 warnings.

Questions about this item

What thread size and outlet diameter does the 1/4 (M) NPT inlet and 22mm outlet require for a secure fit?

The plug has a 1/4 in male NPT inlet and a 22mm outlet; match those exact threads and diameter when connecting to your hose or equipment.

How do I install the quick-connect plug, and what is the common mistake with the brass threads?

Apply thread sealant to the 1/4 in male NPT threads, then tighten firmly; the frequent error is skipping sealant, which causes leaks at the brass connection.

When should I replace the brass quick-connect plug under 3,650 psi and 300 °F service?

Inspect regularly for corrosion, cracking or thread wear; replace the brass plug if the 22mm outlet shows deformation or if leaks appear at the 1/4 in NPT inlet.
