ZORO SELECT Swivel Plate Caster

This ZORO SELECT swivel plate caster supports a 325 lb load rating with a 5 in rubber wheel. The wheel core is polyolefin and the tread is non-marking rubber. It comes without a brake or swivel lock, making it suited for light carts or wheelbarrows that need free rotation.

Ideal for light mobile equipment

Buyers outfitting wheelbarrows, utility carts or similar yard tools will find the load rating and non-marking tread appropriate. Those needing a brake for stationary safety, a swivel lock for straight tracking, or a higher capacity than 325 lb should consider other options.

Simple plate mounting

The caster installs by bolting the top plate to the equipment frame using the pre-drilled holes. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and the fasteners match the hole pattern. Misaligned holes or undersized bolts are the most common cause of wobble or premature wear.

Questions about this item

Does this caster need a specific plate bolt pattern to mount on my cart?

The caster uses a standard plate mount; check that your cart has four holes matching the plate dimensions before installation.

Will the rubber tread mark my garage floor if I keep the old steel wheels on the other corners?

The wheel is non‑marking rubber on a polyolefin core, so it will not leave scuffs even when mixed with steel wheels.

How can I confirm the caster swivels freely after I bolt it on?

Push the loaded cart in several directions; the wheel should turn smoothly and change direction without sticking.
