Utility Cart for Heavy Loads

This polypropylene utility cart carries up to 500 lb across two shelves. The top shelf sits at 33 in height with a flat handle at the same level. It suits gardeners, maintenance crews and warehouse staff who need a durable, wheeled platform for tools, supplies or equipment.

Two Shelves with 19 in Clearance

The upper shelf measures 37 in long by 25 5/8 in wide. A deep lip on one shelf contains loose items while the flush shelf allows easy sliding of boxes. The 19 in gap between shelves accommodates taller containers but limits very large objects that exceed that height.

Polypropylene Wheels and Frame

All caster wheels and the frame are moulded from polypropylene, which resists rust, dents and most chemicals. The material keeps the cart light enough to manoeuvre when loaded yet sturdy enough for daily outdoor or indoor use. No pneumatic tyres to puncture or metal parts to corrode.

Questions about this item

Will the 37 in shelf length and 19 in shelf gap fit the storage bins I already use on my garage shelves?

The top shelf sits 33 in high with a 19 in gap to the lower shelf, so measure your bins against those dimensions to confirm they slide in and out.

How can I verify the cart rolls smoothly and holds the rated load after I assemble it?

Load it evenly up to 500 lb, then push across a flat surface — all four polypropylene casters should track straight without binding or wobble.

Does the box include the flat handle and all four casters, or do I need to buy any hardware separately?

The flat handle, both shelves, and four polypropylene casters ship in the carton; no extra fasteners or wheels are required for basic assembly.
