Universal smart charger handles AA, AAA, C, D and 9 V NiMH or NiCd cells, includes eight 12000 mAh D batteries
The Vanson V2299 charges AA, AAA, C, D and 9 Volt NiMH or NiCd cells. It handles two or four batteries at once and includes eight AccuPower D cells rated at 12000 mAh each. The unit suits households or workshops that use many high-drain devices and want a single charger for every common cylindrical size.
An intelligent microprocessor selects the correct charge current for each cell size and stops power automatically when charging finishes. Negative delta V detection protects battery life, while an LED display shows rapid charge, trickle charge or bad cell status. The external AC adapter accepts 100 to 240V AC at 50 or 60 Hz and delivers 12VDC at 1000mA.
The bundled AccuPower NiMH D batteries provide 1.2 Volt output with no memory effect and are rated for up to 1000 recharge cycles. They replace alkaline D cells in any compatible device, reducing long-term cost and waste. Charging times range from 2 to 16 hours for these 12000 mAh cells depending on their starting condition.

Connect the external AC adapter to a 100-240V AC 50/60Hz outlet, then insert two or four NiMH or NiCd cells; the charger automatically selects the correct current for each size.
The 8 AccuPower D NiMH 12000mAh 1.2V batteries are rated for up to 1000 recharge cycles and have no memory effect; replace them when capacity drops noticeably.
Charging the 12000mAh D cells takes 2 to 16 hours, so the 16-hour maximum charge time is the first limit you will reach under continuous use.
