Velztorm Erebix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Erebix is a compact gaming desktop built around a quad-core AMD Ryzen 3 3100 processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD, powered by a 750W supply running Windows 10 Home.

Suits 1080p gaming on a budget.

This system suits players targeting 1080p resolution in current titles who want a ready-to-use tower with Wi-Fi 802.11n and wired Ethernet. Buyers who need more than four CPU cores, higher frame rates at 1440p, or professional-grade rendering throughput should look at a higher-tier configuration.

Deciding spec: GeForce RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6

The graphics card defines the performance ceiling for gaming and GPU-accelerated workloads. Its 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer and PCIe 4.0 interface set the practical limit for texture quality and resolution, making it the single specification that determines whether this desktop matches the buyer's workload.

Questions about this item

What are the case dimensions and weight so I can check if the Erebix fits my desk space?

The chassis measures 8.75 IN wide by 16 IN deep by 17.5 IN high and weighs 20.9lb.

Which screws or latches must I remove to open the side panel for the first RAM or SSD upgrade?

Remove the two thumbscrews on the rear edge of the tempered-glass side panel, slide the panel toward the back, then lift it away.

When will the 16GB DDR4 memory or the 750W power supply typically need replacement?

DDR4 modules rarely fail; plan to add more sticks rather than replace. The 750W unit should last five to seven years under normal gaming loads.
