Velztorm Erebix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Erebix is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 3 3100 processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. It ships with 16GB DDR4 memory, a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Home. A 750W supply and air cooling support the components in a black chassis.

Suits 1080p gaming and general use.

The four-core CPU with eight threads and 8GB GDDR6 video memory handle mainstream titles at 1080p and everyday productivity. Buyers who need more cores for streaming, rendering or heavy multitasking should consider a higher-tier system. The single 1TB drive also limits users who want large local libraries without adding storage.

RTX 3050 with 8GB GDDR6 decides 1080p viability

The graphics card provides 8GB GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface with DirectX 12 and G-SYNC support. This specification determines whether the system meets the frame-rate and quality targets for the buyer's preferred games at 1080p resolution.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 3050 use and what does that limit?

The RTX 3050 runs on PCIe 4.0, so the link tops out at 16 GT/s per lane and the card is limited to an x8 electrical interface.

What are the chassis dimensions and weight for desk clearance?

The case measures 8.75 in wide by 16 in deep by 17.5 in high and weighs 20.9 lb.

Which cables must be connected to the graphics card before first boot?

The RTX 3050 requires a dedicated 8-pin PCIe power cable from the 750W supply; the monitor plugs into the card's HDMI port, not the motherboard.
