Velztorm Erebix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Erebix is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 3 3100 quad-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD, running Windows 11 Home out of the box.

Suits 1080p gaming; not for heavy multitasking

This system suits players targeting 1080p resolution with the RTX 3050 and 16GB DDR4 memory. Buyers who want more storage capacity or higher core counts for streaming and content creation should look at other configurations.

2TB PCIe NVMe SSD capacity

The single specification that decides fit is the 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. It determines how many modern titles and applications can be installed simultaneously without adding secondary drives.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 2 TB PCIe SSD or add a hard drive for more space?

The system ships with a single 2 TB PCIe SSD and no hard drive bay is mentioned, so extra internal storage would need an external USB drive.

What does the Ryzen 3 3100 3.60 GHz boost to 3.9 GHz mean for everyday gaming?

Four cores and eight threads at up to 3.9 GHz handle 1080p titles smoothly while leaving headroom for background tasks.

Will the USB 3.2 Gen1 and Type-C Gen1 ports run at full 5 Gbps with my NVMe enclosure?

Both Gen1 ports are rated for 5 Gbps, so a PCIe 4.0 NVMe enclosure will be limited to that bandwidth ceiling.
